Notice to Drivers and Visitors:African Logistics VTC (ALVTC) operates as a non-commercial, community-driven Virtual Trucking Company supporting Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) and American Truck Simulator (ATS) simulation environments via TruckersMP[cite: 1]. By accessing our web application, Driver Portal, Discord server, or official convoy operations, you agree to comply with all terms and privacy principles outlined in this legal framework[cite: 1].

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, applying, or utilizing the services provided by African Logistics VTC ("ALVTC", "we", "us", or "our"), including our web hub, Driver Portal telemetry, and community Discord servers, you ("User", "Driver", or "Applicant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service[cite: 1]. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using our platforms and operational services immediately[cite: 1].

2. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

To join and maintain active status within African Logistics VTC, members must continuously meet and adhere to the following core operational requirements[cite: 1]:

  • Age Requirement: Members must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age where required for full HR portal clearance) and possess sufficient English language proficiency[cite: 1].
  • Simulation Hours & Account History: Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 100 hours (recommended 200 hours) of ETS2/ATS gameplay on Steam and maintain a clean driving profile on TruckersMP[cite: 1].
  • Speed Limitations: Members must strictly observe the maximum VTC speed limit of 110 km/h[cite: 1]. "Race kilometers" or dangerous driving behaviors are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate disciplinary review[cite: 1].
  • Activity & Attendance: Drivers are expected to maintain regular activity across company channels and attend scheduled fleet convoys, truck shows, and official operations[cite: 1].
  • Telemetry & Identity Branding: Drivers must utilize official fleet paint schemes, truck configurations, and match designated TruckersMP in-game tags (e.g., "AFRICAN LOGISTICS") when driving in official company convoys[cite: 1].

3. Conduct & Community Standards

African Logistics VTC is built on mutual respect, professionalism, and inclusivity across the African continent and international simulation communities[cite: 1]. The following standards are strictly enforced[cite: 1]:

  1. Rule Compliance: Members must at all times abide by all TruckersMP rules, Steam Subscriber Agreements, Trucky terms, and Discord Community Guidelines[cite: 1].
  2. Prohibited Conduct: Harassment, hate speech, regional discrimination, toxicity, cheating, hacking, or deliberate ramming/blocking during convoys will result in immediate termination of membership[cite: 1].
  3. Real Life Priority: We acknowledge that real-life responsibilities take precedence[cite: 1]. Drivers requiring extended leaves of absence must submit an operational notification via Fleet Command / HR[cite: 1].

4. Telemetry Tracking & Driver Portal Usage

5. Termination & Disciplinary Actions
